How thankful are we for our church? If we find ourselves ever doubting the importance of the church, let us not forget that God uses the church as a conduit for glory to himself, through Jesus Christ. He uses the church as a place to stop and remember his Son's death till he comes again. He uses the church as a place that counsel will be given. He uses the church as a place where proper teaching, done in a proper way, governed by unalterable laws will happen. He uses the church as a haven from the world. He uses the church for HIMSELF. Bringing glory to himself is what God does. He does it through the church. Are you thankful for your church?
